At REAL, we only sell what we’d ride ourselves. With 75 REAL coaches and staff members riding and teaching 7 days a week, this adds up to quite a bit of experience and expertise when recommending gear to our clients. Finding the best gear is no easy task. Every year, we test all the latest gear at the REAL Flagship Store and Lesson Center in Cape Hatteras, North Carolina. We ride all of the kites, boards, bars, straps, bindings, harnesses, surfboards and SUPs we carry. We look for performance and durability and we make our choices as to what gear we will use in our school and camps, as well as what gear we will stock in our shop, based on these tests.
