Rental / Demo Shop Manager
REAL Watersports is seeking an individual to manage the REAL Rental/ Demo Shop. This individual will process rental equipment as it is signed out and returned, maintain rental shop and all gear within it, track inventory and provide daily support to other departments as needed. This job requires an excellent attention to detail, a highly organized mind, a strong sense of judgment and the ability to command authority with those they work with and the coaches who demo gear each day. Candidate must have sales experience. Ability to repair gear preferred. Must be willing to work outside of job description to accomplish overall company goals. Full time and seasonal positions available.
Lesson Center Administrator
REAL Watersports is seeking a Lesson Center Administrator to join our team. The Lesson Center Administrator must be friendly, customer service oriented, have a strong sense of organization, and be able to command authority with the coaches who the administrator will be managing on a daily basis.
The administrator must have a thorough knowledge of kiteboarding, wind conditions and kiteboarding gear. This position requires excellent communication, organizational skills, ability to focus in busy environment, willingness to work under deadlines and attention to detail. Sales experience and Microsoft business applications experience preferred. Full-time and seasonal positions available.
Full-time Salesperson
Assist our clients to match their abilities and goals with the proper choice of kiteboarding, surfing, and standup equipment. Includes walk-in, phone and web customer service. Requires the ability to perform customer call backs, strong customer service, good knowledge of kiteboarding, surfing, standup gear, willingness to learn about new product and excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft business applications needed. Sales experience is a must. Full-time positions with benefits available.
Kiteboarding Coach - Now Hiring 2010
Teach kiteboarding at the best lesson center in the world. Use the newest gear and proven techniques to teach our clients what it takes to become a kiteboarder or to progress to their personal levels of achievement. Seasonal positions available. Requires completion of week-long coaches’ training course.

Surfing Coach - Now Hiring 2010
Tired of waiting for waves? Teach surfing and standup paddleboarding at the best lesson center in the world. The REAL Surf Lesson Center is fully equipped with over 100 2010 Surftech surfboards and standup paddleboards as part of our exclusive North American Surftech Tuflite Travel Center. Cape Hatteras is known as the most consistent break on the East Coast with excellent surf conditions year round. Hiring surf coaches for beginner kids programs up through beginner/experienced adult instruction.
Retail Salesperson

Pack and ship sales orders, assist with receiving and inventory control and maintain merchandising of stores. Requires strong organizational skills, ability to focus in busy environment, willingness to work under deadlines, and attention to detail. Full-time and seasonal positions available.
Media/Web Support
Create and maintain web content, assist marketing campaigns for web and print, organize, maintain and distribute media files. Requires background in web design, photo/video editing and graphic design. Background in Aperture, Photoshop and Illustrator a plus. Should be a self-starter, have strong organizational and communications skills and have the ability to work under tight deadlines. Full-time and seasonal positions available.
